The driver and the policemen

A month ago me and Marlowe bought a honda repsol wave 125 na tinawag naming si "peewee", kulang ung pera namin so nangutang kami kay erpat ng 35k... We were so happy kc 2nd hand lang ang hinahanap namin pero brandnew ung binigay ni Lord..

Hindi namin siya agad nadala sa Angeles kc inantay pa namin yung Plate. Then 2 weeks later nakuha ko na ung plate then, nagpasundo ako kina Marlowe and Jeff (boardmate) para madala na namin sa Angeles si peewee.. Ung unang biyahe namin, it was so smooth though umuulan at mejo maggagabi na.. Nagkahiway kami sa may Marquee mall kc nagkaroon ng miscommunication.. pero buti nalang walang nangyaring hindi maganda..

After a week, inuwi namin si peewee kc may kinailangang ayusin.. Naayos naman. Tuwang tuwa ako kc nagwan ng paraan ung inayos nmin na hindi ako gumastos ng malaki.. Then nung July 30, 2010.. Sinundo nila ulit ako. Ok namn ung biyahe kc di umuulan. Maaliwalas ang daan.. pero pagdating sa may Magalang, papuntang Angeles may isang driver na ubod ng engot. Paatras siya galing sa isang Junkshop sukat ba naman harangin kami. Buti nalang at mabagal lang kame. Pero nagkaroon kami ng mga minor injuries ni Marlowe. Ok lang sana kahit nagkaroon din ng gasgas si peewee kaso itong si mamang driver imbes na pagmalasakitan kami, ung mga miron ang inasikaso at sinasabing kami daw ay mabilis kya nangyari ang aksidente.

Kya nagpatawag kami ng pulis na inaakala naming tutulong sa amin, pulis na sinasabing alagad ng batas. Pulis na magpapatupad ng kung ano man ang nararapat na aksiyon sa mga gaya ng pangyayaring kinasasangkutan namin at ng Driver na iyon.

Dumating sila pagkaan ng 15 minutes na kung saang nagkaroon na kmi ng matinding sagutan nung driver na nagmamagaling. Iginigiit niya na kami daw ang may ksalanan.. Sabi ko siya na nga nakasakit ng tao siya pa mayganang mambintang.

Dumating ung mga pulis at niyaya nila kami sa presinto. Pagdating namin doon, pinapunta nila kami sa isang hospital at doon na kami ngpalinis ng mga sugat namin. At para daw magawan kami ng medical reports. Habang nasa hospital kami, ang kasama naming si jeff ang nakikipagnegotiate sa driver na pangit. Sabi ni Jeff pumapayag na daw na magbayad sa lahat ng gastos ksama na medical at sa sira ng motor ung Driver. Pero bago pa man kami ngbalik sa presinto nagbalita ulit si jeff na hindi daw sila magbabayad ng gastos sa motor, medical lang daw sasagutin niya though sabi daw ng pulis sa kanya, kahit sinong mekasalanan sa mga ganong kaso, dahil kami daw nasaktan, responsibilidad daw niya na gastusin ung dapat bayaran tpos sabi pa "pasalamat ka yan lang nangyari sa mga naaksidente mo." sa madaling salita sa amin ang simpatiya nung pulis na humahawak ng kaso namin.

Pagdating namin, humihingi siya ng konting tulong sa gastos, sabi ko, makikipagtulungan kami basta mabibigay ung karapatan namin, sabi niya siya daw bahala sa hospital bills. Sabi mo 300 pesos lang ung gastos, edi ibig sabihin mas malaki pa gastos namin kesa sa knya.. Kya un sabi nung pulis ipaestimate ung gastos ng motor tapos babalik sa nalang ng monday..

Pinaestimate naman namin at bumalik kami ng monday, pagdating dun, kinausap kami nung hepe at nabangit din niya na nagpapatulong daw ung tao sa mayor, lalo akong babwisit sa Driver. Napakaliit na bagay hinihingi pa ng tulong sa mayor.

Pagdating niya kalahati lang daw ang babayaran niya. Dahil un daw ang napagkasunduan. Sabi ko, wala akong sinabing ganon. Kung daw pinapabayad namin lahat, bayaran din daw namin ung nasira niyang ilaw. Presyo ng ilaw, 1100 daw.. Sabi ko sige papalitan namin ung ilaw, pero kami ang bibili. Kya yun siya din daw bibili nung mga nasirang parts ng motor. So yun sabay kaming umalis sa prisinto.

Pagbalik namin, sabi nung pulis mali daw ung binili namin, di daw ganun ung ilaw nung owner niya. Sabi ko eh pano po kung di kami makakita, Sabi niya in sarcastic way, "yan na nga ba sinasabi ko." Tapos sabi pa, "pasalamat kayo, hindi kayo tinakbuhan nung nakabundol sa inyo." Parang nagbago na ihip ng hangin. Hindi ko na tuloy alam kung ung taong kaharap namin ay pulis o abogadong nagpapabayad para magtangol ng isang taong maysala.

Nagantay kami ng isang oras, dalawang oras. Kumain kami ng lunch tapos isang oras na pagaantay ulit, tapos isa pa, hindi dumating ung si Driver pangit, so nakapagdesisyon na babalik nalang ng wednesday.

Hinanap namin ung ilaw nung owner niya sa kahabaan ng highway ng Dau, sa awa ng Diyos nakakita kami, at ang presyo 5 hundred plus lng, kaso huling stock nlng siya so nilinis pa siya ni Marlowe. Nagawa namin yun dahil pakiramdam ko, hindi na ito labanan ng pera pera lang. Kundi labanan ng prinsipyo at katarungan.

Pagdating ng wednesday, umuwi muna kami sa bahay, tapos ngpatulong ako sa mama ko at dun sa isa kong tito, pagdating namin, as usual wala pa sila. So, tinanong ko sa pulis na mehawak ng kaso, "di po yata siya dadating." sabi niya, "padating na siya." So nagantay kami. Nakuhang mainip ni mama sa pagaantay. Hanggang sa kausapin kami nung hepe, sabi niya, "dumating ung tao nung hapon ng lunes, sabi niya 1700 lang daw ang maibibigay niya." tapos sabi ko, "bumili po kami ng ilaw nung owner niya, napagod po kaming hanapin yun." sbi niya, "ibalik niyo nalang yan sa tindahan." Nainis daw si mama sa tinuran nung hepe kaya nagsalita siya, "ganyan nalang po ba, porket may kakilalang mataas sa gobyerno?" Galit na sumagot ung hepe, "huwag po kami kagalitan niyo, atsaka ako po ang hepe dito." sabi pa niya. Tumawag yung hepe dun sa tao, sabi nung tao, "nasa angeles daw siya, sa ibng araw nalng daw kami magusap." Nabubwisit nako..

Tapos pinakiusap ung tao kay Marlowe (hindi pla ung driver ang kausap ni hepe). Binalaan na pag hindi dumating, magdedemanda na kami. Sabi nung tao, sige magdemanda nalang kayo.

Huwebes ng umaga, dumating si Tito Ver sa amin, isa siyang kagawad ng barangay at nagprisinta na kausapin ung taong nakabundol sa amin. Sabi niya, tatakutin at pipiliting kunin ung gastos namin. Pero iba ung nangyari, matigas daw talga ung tao, at masyadong madada. At nagsabi pang may kakilala daw siyang general. Kya nung ibigay ung 1200, pumayag na siya. Nanlumo ako, pero wala na akong magawa. Pakiramdam ko, isa akong talunan sa isang kasong ako ang biktima.. ako at si Marlowe.

Ngaun ko napatunayan na may mga taong sila na nkasakit ng kapwa, sila pa may lakas ng loob na magpatulong sa mga tao sa gobyerno. At higit sa lahat, ngaun ko din napatunayan na may mga alagad ng batas na alagad din ng mga sumasalungat sa batas.

Masakit pa din ang loob ko hangang sa ngaun, pero sabi ni mama, ipanalangin nalang daw namin ung mga taong nagkasala sa amin. Ang Diyos nlang ang bahala sa mga taong yun lalo na ung Driver na yun.

Mga Buwaya sa Sapang Bato

Hello, it's been awhile right?? Ehe.. I was so busy kaya di na nakapag post. Imagine 9 months na pala ang nakakalipas.. Ehe. Enways gusto ko lang i-share yung experience namin dun sa may Sapang Bato. Ang dami palang buwaya dun....

Since September, dun nakami nkatira, at first bedspace lang yung nirent namin. We were not satisfied with that room which is 1K per person , ilaw lang sa CR ayaw pang iprovide ng meari.. Tpos kung makasingil akala mo tatakbuhan mo siya, siya si buwaya no.1... so yun naghanap kami ng apartment..

November of 2009 lumipat kami sa isang apartment na 4K a month... na okey naman.. nkatiles, pintura, fully furnished kung baga. Okay lang sana khit madalas mawalan ng tubig, maingay sa labas, at mejo mabaho ung canal.. Kso ung si buwaya no.2 pati kuryente ng katabing apartment namin sa amin chinacharge. na nagkataong kumpare nila,. tma ba naman yun... nung una 5 hundred ilaw at kuyente, tpos 2nd month 6 hundred na tapos nung 3rd month nmin dun nkami umangal.. ginawa na niyang 7 hundred.. ang lupet... daig pa namin ang my television at refrigerator.. Kya nag pasya nakaming umalis kse baka pati ung kuryente nila icharge na din sa amin. Halos wala na siyang ibalik na deposit dahil daw sa mga nasira namin.. Hay patawarin...

March of 2010 nkahanap kami ng apartment, which is not that bad kso... super baho.. kaya nagdecide kami na umalis agad.. kaso ang buwaya no.3 ayaw ibigay ung 4thousand deposit namin, kailangan daw naming ubusin ung binigay namin na pera. Sa madaling salita khit mamamatay na kmi sa baho dun sa apartment niya magiistay pa din kami ng another month.

Sabi ko ay, "kung hindi niyo po ibibigay magrereklamo kami." Sabi nung Buwaya no.3, "edi magreklamo kayo. sige punta na kayo sa barangay." kaya un.. nagsumbong kami sa Kapitan na nagkataong kamaganak ng meari ng apartment... (how ironic)

Mukha naman mabait ung kapitan at tutulungan daw kami.. Pero hindi din nangyri ang gusto namin... Hindi daw nila ibibigay ung pera namin dahil nag-eskandalo daw kami... Sa kwento ng kasama ko mukha daw nangangain ng tao ung may ari ng apartment.. Kya nakipagkasundo nlang kami na kahit klahati nalang ng deposit namin ang ibigay nila.. So ayun 2thousand nalang ang binalik ni buhaya no.3...

Sa ngayun ang bagong tirahan namin ay mejo malayo.. nsa taas kami, pero masasabi ko na mas komportable kami, at mabait ang meari ng apartment na tinutuluyan namin..

Buti nalang wala ng buwaya no.4... Ang hirap pla tlga ang nangungupa ng Bahay.. Don't wori malapit na kami tumuloy sa isang bahay na walang aabuso sa amin... Salamat sa LOrd.

Rainbow

Last Sept. 26, 2009 the Philippines most especially in manila and in central Luzon was devastated by a Typhoon named "Ondoy"... Many lives was taken, I believe 12 people died in Arayat because of the mudslide in San Juan BAño and that really shocked many of us. It is the first time that there was a landslide or mudslide in the mountain of Arayat.. But I know that even though satan meant it for evil, still God meant it for good because God is just trying to wake us up and He wanted to say "hey, my children you need me so please don't leave me.."

And in my case I was also devastated by a terrible typhoon in life that really broke my heart. And that happened last month, I was a victim of a criminal deception or fraud. But like a rainbow that God has promised during the time of Noah an oppotunity came to me, opportunity that I didn't even imagine to happen... Cause now I am working in a call center company which is IQOR, somebody told me that IQOR means "blood that flows in the veins of GOd" but for me IQOR is the rainbow that God has promised to me..

It was out of frustration that's why I applied in IQOR online.. and then one week after somebody phoned me from IQOR, and he said that I passed the online examination, and that call for a final interview and if I will make it, I am going to receive a job offer on my email. Then on Sept. 25, 2009...I received the offer and accepted it.. I started last Sept. 28, 2009. Now I am doing well hoping that I am gonna pass my training to become a junior agent..

I know that everything works together for good, I may not get want I want but I know that I will get what I deserve and I deserve the rainbow that God has promised me.

I am a victim of a Scam

Three months ago I received a mail from my uncle telling me to submit my CV to a person named Debra Lebert of CANAIES - Canada Immigration and Employment Services for me to be able to apply and work temporarily in CANADA. At first I am hesitant to do so because I know that I don't have an enough money to pay for the processing fee. But my Uncle insisted me to apply because the processing fee is cheaper than the other agencies, it is only two hundred fifty US dollars (US$ 250) and he told me that he already asked a relative from canada about the agency and that it is existing. And I tried to convince my father to help me financially in my application to Canada, and I made it, he allowed and help me in paying the processing fee.

I thought that there are no other payment aside from the processing fee but after a week they are asking for the Visa application fee which is US$150 for Canada and US$131 for US because she said that I need to under-go a training in the US for 3 months. At first I doubted so I asked her if how much will it cost me to meet all the probable payments because I need to make sure that my money is enough if I need to pay another fees in the future.

Then she said that "CANAIES is not trying to exploit you, the $281US dollars must go to the immigration department here while the earlier amount serve as your mandatory registration fee and CANAIES will not request further amount from you."

So that was the explanation I gave to my father and then He again gave me US$281 for that. Then few days ago an email came to me that their website was a victim of Cyber-hyjacker, so I felt bad about that but then the problem was fixed after a week or two.

And then lastly they are asking another payment and that is for the Postage and Authentication Stamps fee which is US$516, because they are going to send three parcels, one for the US embassy, one for the Canadian embassy and one for myself, so each parcel will cost me US$172. And that made my father really mad, and I was disgusted because I don't want to give up on that. I think my father pittied on me so he again gave me the money.

I was happy when I receive a mail from Debra Lebert and she said, Your address is noted. In receipt of your postage/authentication stamps fee and CANAIES official payment slip; we are told that your work permits/entry visas documents will be dispatch on the 20th August, 2009. Updates and details of your traveling parcel will be communicated to you as soon as possible." so it feels like heaven that I am close to my dream.

But on August 20, 2009 I received no email from them so I am worried and I kept on sending mails to Debra Lebert but she is silent. And I asked the asia-africa zonal officer which is Mario Hewitt, then he responsed, "We have received your mail and complaints forwarded to CANAIES headquarter. The response was that, your parcel will finally be dispatch on Monday 31st August, 2009. The delay was due to procurement of necessary documents. You will not be disappointed; Debra Lebert may be too occupied to reach as earlier expected."

So again I wait for another 10 days and on Sept. 1, 2009 I received a mail from another person which is Ruth Rendell she said, "Congratulations, your entry visas/work permit seal sticker, airline tickets and other documents is package and sent today being August 31st, 2009. It will reach your destination in 3-4days as express postage." So that really cheers me up.

But.. four days after an email broke my excitement, Debra Lebert's bad news, "Late yesterday, we received a telex from UK SPECIAL SQUAD ON COURIER SERVICES that your traveling package is on hold in the United Kingdom.
The parcel content is scanned while changing courier from TransCanada to DHL, UK, and it was found that we sent your entry visa seal stickers.
They needed to verify CANAIES as an organization on some issues regarding the new UK courier service security check. It is also said that you must clear yourself from any terrorist/Al-Qaeda intentions from the office. "

Huuuuwhat?????? Is this true? So I email Mr. Carl York telling him that I am the receiver of the parcel from CANAIES and that I am not with any terrorist and they responsed to me asking some personal information like my birthplace and schools attended. I see no bad intention about that so I answered all their questions. But then another mail came to me from Mr. Carl YOrk, "


He is asking me to deposit a 500 Great British Pounds because I need to be cleared in 3 months and if I am innocent they will give my money back through the bank account that I'll be giving them.. I was dismayed. That is unbelievable.. So I asked for another option for me to clear myself but he answered me that it is the only way and that I need to comply immediately. Then I asked for conditions before I can possibly pay is to send me copy of all my travelling documents including some information regarding their department for me to be able to know that they are legitimate and existing. But they did'nt reply and that really drives me crazy. So I emailed Canaies but they did'nt give me any kind of support, they want me do what UKSSCS is asking..

Now, I am sure to myself that I am a victim of a scam and I feel betrayed by an uncle whom I trusted. I learned an important lesson, "verify before you comply"...
